50W Fiber Laser
| Links:

Industrial-grade fiber laser for high-speed metal marking, deep engraving, and color marking on stainless steel.
The 50W Fiber Laser is a high-precision marking system designed primarily for metallic surfaces and certain hard plastics. Unlike CO2 lasers, which use gas, this system utilizes an optical fiber doped with rare-earth elements to produce a high-intensity beam with an extremely small spot size, perfect for permanent industrial marking.

Key Features
- Metal & Hard Plastic Specialist: Excels at engraving Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, and high-density plastics like ABS.
- Deep Engraving: The 50W power overhead allows for significant material removal, suitable for creating metal molds, stamps, or deep serialization in industrial parts.
- Galvanometer Scanning: Instead of a moving gantry (like the Falcon or P1S), this machine uses high-speed vibrating mirrors to move the beam, achieving speeds up to 7000 mm/s.
- Maintenance Free: The solid-state fiber source requires no mirror alignments or gas refills, offering a massive operational lifespan compared to CO2 tubes.
- Color Marking: Capable of creating various oxide layers on stainless steel and titanium to produce controlled colors (annealing) without removing material.
Material Compatibility Guide
| Material | Capability | Application |
|---|---|---|
| Stainless Steel | Deep Engrave / Color | Nameplates, surgical tools, jewelry. |
| Aluminum | High Contrast | Electronic enclosures, QR codes. |
| Brass / Copper | Deep Engrave | Challenge coins, electrical components. |
| Anodized Metal | Surface Strip | Removing coating for high-contrast logos. |
| Carbon Fiber | Precision Cut/Mark | Aerospace and drone components. |
Safety Warning: Fiber lasers operate at a 1064nm wavelength which is invisible and extremely dangerous to the human eye. OD6+ rated safety goggles must be worn at all times when the machine is energized.
