Key Features
- Active Flow Rate Compensation: The A1 Mini uses a high-frequency eddy current sensor to measure pressure in the nozzle, automatically adjusting the flow rate to ensure consistent extrusion.
- Silent Operation: Featuring advanced motor drivers and “Silent Mode,” the printer operates at noise levels below 48 dB, making it suitable for office and classroom environments.
- Plug-and-Play: The machine arrives pre-assembled and pre-tuned. It performs its own vibration compensation and bed leveling before every print without manual intervention.
- Quick-Swap Nozzles: The hotend features a toolless quick-swap design, allowing users to switch between different nozzle sizes (0.2mm to 0.8mm) in seconds.
Filament Library
While the A1 Mini’s open-frame design is best suited for standard materials, it handles them with exceptional reliability. Our available stock includes:
| Material | Key Properties | Best Use Case |
|---|---|---|
| PLA | Best surface finish, extremely easy to print. | Detailed figurines, snap-fit parts, and display models. |
| PETG | Better heat and impact resistance than PLA. | Brackets, functional clips, and laboratory aids. |
| TPU (95A) | High flexibility and durability. | Flexible couplings, soft grips, and seals. |
Pro Tip: Because the A1 Mini is an open-frame printer, it is not recommended for printing ABS, ASA, or Nylon, as these materials require the heat retention provided by the enclosed P1S.
